The Vermont Adult Diploma Program (ADP) is a collaborative effort with local high schools that provides a path for adults to obtain a high school diploma when traditional schooling or specific classes have not been successful.
Each individual graduation plan is tailored to the student's unique needs, goals, and aspirations. The ADP Plan Manager and the student work closely together to identify long-term personal and career goals. They then create a personalized education plan that offers engaging, effective, and relevant learning experiences that address these goals while also fulfilling the high school's graduation requirements.
Meet with NEKLS staff for an orientation. Take required assessments and get help with skill development if needed.
With your plan manager, you will create an individualized plan addressing your interest and career goals. Your plan manager will be there to support you on your journey.
As you get closer to completion, your transition specialist will guide you toward your desired career field and prepare you for life after high school.
