NEKLS offers contractors assistance in researching and writing organizational manuals, program handbooks, policies and operating procedures. NEKLS has written complete corporate operations manuals, program specific handbooks that incorporate required policies and standards, personnel manuals, business office handbooks and job descriptions. We also draft procedures and policy statements and develop needed forms to support all procedural and processing requirements.

As part of its technical writing service, NEKLS will also audit and evaluate existing manuals, policies and procedures in terms of organization goals, maximum efficiency, best practice and statutory/regulatory compliance. Rates are established on a project basis and are negotiated as part of the contracting process.
