Program Evaluation
As an experienced provider of program services funded by federal, state and private sources, NEKLS understands, has participated in and has completed many evaluations. NEKLS will draft an evaluation format that meets contractor specification and present to the contractor for approval. NEKLS will provide all evaluators. It will submit a preliminary report for review and submit the final report to the contractor and/or designee according to agreed upon timelines.
Evaluations generally will have both qualitative and quantitative components with interpretation of the findings and reference to specific criteria required to be reviewed. NEKLS adheres to the Guiding Principles for Evaluators recommended by the American Evaluation Association and supports the evaluation function of the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluations. As a separate component, when requested, NEKLS will recommend program process and structure revisions in order to enhance outcomes.
Charges for evaluation services depend on program size and required components. Rates are on a project basis with all NEKLS expenses included. Fees rarely exceed five thousand dollars.
