Program Development

NEKLS will provide assistance in identifying potential funding sources for program development. It also will assist in the design of programs for purposes of seeking funding. NEKLS will analyze and evaluate an organization's existing program design with the goals of improving cost effectiveness, performance or outcomes, or for assuring compliance with funding source standards. NEKLS will also develop an implementation schedule and identify operational resources necessary for smooth program start up. Rates depend on project specifications and are negotiated as part of the contract.
