All services in the NEKLS Success Matrix department are classified as fiscal and management services or organizational support services.

All NEKLS organizational support services are insured under a variety of corporate policies including liability, malpractice and directors and officers.  NEKLS financial services comply with applicable United States Internal Revenue regulations and with Office of Management and Budget Circulars A-87, A-110, A-122 and A-133.  All NEKLS accounts are audited annually by an outside auditor.  NEKLS services are fully compliant with funding source or contract performance, reporting and evaluation standards and terms.
