Management Information Systems

NEKLS will provide technical assistance to contractors for an in-house designed reporting system. It also will custom design an MIS and oversee implementation, staff training and test for reliability and validity according to contractor requirements. Designs will meet all contractor reporting standards as well as respond to the identified needs of management for performance monitoring. As part of its consultations, NEKLS will identify equipment and software needs, employee skill requirements and time requirements for inputting. Fees are negotiated as part of the contracting process and are incorporated in the document.
