Financial Services

NEKLS offers financial services to non-profit corporations, municipalities, and unincorporated community organizations. Services include fiscal agent, complete management of all business office and financial functions, outside audit, establishing and operating client checking accounts (two signatures; one client, the other NEKLS), producing monthly expenditures reports, preparing budgets, reporting to funding sources and the IRS, representing clients with funding sources, compliance/audit teams and evaluators, and providing short term loans to clients organizations when authorized funds are delayed. Generally, fees are set at a flat rate or as a percentage of awards.
