Board Support Services

NEKLS offers non-profit, Board of Directors a variety of services. These services include; developing or revising ByLaws, Board development and training, dispute resolution, strategic planning and market assessment, employee and program evaluation and issue specific consultation. Rates vary for board support services and are negotiated as part of the contract. All workshops require coverage of travel, lodging and related costs.
